Mending Over Spending
My objective for this project is to inspire consumers to repair their possessions. I want people to care about their stuff. If you care about something you are more likely to repair it. I want to focus on simple and practical sewing, gluing, and other basic repair techniques for clothing, bags, shoes, and upholstery. I believe this design can contribute by giving people the knowledge to repair their belongings and maybe even make repair culture cool.
